Tractor driver

• Operation and maintenance of agricultural machinery, especially tractors and other equipment used in crop production.
• Carrying out agricultural work according to the current production plan (plowing, sowing, fertilizing, spraying, harvesting).
• Taking care of machinery – basic maintenance, checking technical condition and minor repairs.
• Following all safety and work regulations on the farm.
• Cooperating with the team in planning and implementing agricultural activities.

This position is not intended exclusively for a tractor driver – the employee will also perform general work in crop production.

• Experience operating tractors and agricultural machinery.
• Knowledge of crop production is an advantage.
• Reliability, responsibility and ability to work independently.
• Physical fitness and resistance to weather conditions.
